Detained in Moscow thief in law Tkach to face life imprisonment

Moscow Criminal Intelligence staff detained thief in law Andrey Tkachenko, better known in the criminal environment as Tkach Nyagansky. It turned out that the thief in law was on the federal wanted list on charges of Swindling committed by an organized group or on an especially large scale (part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
