Defendant in alcohol smuggling case makes a deal with investigation
Andrey Kindzerskiy, who stands accused in the case of alcohol smuggling, has made a deal with the investigation.
The lawyer Igor Reshetnikov, who defends the detained Deputy Head of the Forum holding company Boris Korevskoy, said that the other person involved in the criminal case of alcohol smuggling - the Deputy Head of Contrail Logistic Severo-Zapad Andrey Kindzerskiy – had made a deal with the investigation.
Reshetnikov stressed that he was unaware of what Kindzerkiy’s testimony was about. His client Korevskoy refused to testify, citing Article 51 of the Russian Constitution.
The lawyer neither confirmed nor disproved the theory that the General Director Yugo-Vostochnaya Torgovaya Kompaniya (South East Trading Company) Ilya Pichko, who had been released on bail of 10 million rubles, had also given testimony.
Billionaire Viktor Vekselberg has repaid loans in the amount of $1 billion taken from the Western banks. Earlier, his Renova Group had received state support from Promsvyazbank. Renova representatives say they have repaid the loan with the company’s own funds.
Federation Council member Vadim Nikolaev whose son had gotten into a fight strongly suggested that the other kids and their parents dropped beating charges, making it clear that he had already been to prosecutors and the ICR and “gotten it all dealt with.”
The businessman agreed to exchange the assets of Liwet Holding, through which Vekselberg’s company owned the shares of high-tech European concerns, for the assets of his partners Evgeny Olkhovik and Vladimir Kremer.
