Sechin’s ex-wife holiday center closed
The Moscow Region resort intends to change the name and profile of the activity.
Kashirskie rodnichki (Kashirskie fontanel) holiday center, which was raided several attacks, was closed, and all workers were fired. This is reported by RBC referring to sources and Tatyana Romanova, who called herself the director of the holiday center and represents the interests of companies related to ex-spouse of Rosneft head Marina Sechina.
Kashirskie rodnichki holiday center LLC was not the owner of the resort and served as a sub-tenant. The subleasing agreement was officially terminated on June 1, 2017, and the legal entity is preparing for liquidation. In total, 98 people were dismissed by agreement of the parties. The staff got wages for August-September and two average salaries.
Now the resort intends to change the name and profile of activity due to the alleged conflict between the owners, the reputation of the recreation center has been impaired. The complex intends to re-profile and become spa in the future.
Recall, September 16 in the Moscow region resort there was a shootout, during which 16 people were injured. According to local residents, for the past couple of months in the holiday center there were several shootings. A few days later, unknown persons shot the car of businessman Alim Daduev, another partner of Marina Sechina. According to Romanova, everything that has happened is an attempt of illegal takeover, organized by businessmen Yuri Shulgin, Eldar Osmanov and ex-director of the resort Boris Guzeev. So far, the holiday center belonged to five companies in the electricity sector, which in one way or another are connected with the former wife of Igor Sechin Marina. Shulgin and Osmanov are partners of Marina Sechina in energy business projects. The conflict could be caused by disagreements around the resort. Three co-owner companies of the center filed a lawsuit invalidating the decision of the extraordinary general meeting of the participants of Kashirskie rodnichki holiday center LLC. At the same time, Yuri Shulgin is on the wanted list for committing a criminal offense. The website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs also has information that Shulgin has the second citizenship of the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis, which can be bought for 450 thousand dollars.
On October 15, the Russian branch of Amnesty International reported on the abduction of its employee Oleg Kozlovsky by unknown persons during the monitoring of protests in Magas against the agreement on borders with Chechnya.
