Tsepovyaz decides to take away his children’s business through court
The member of Tsapok’s gang demanded to invalidate the transfer of rights to the company shares to his son and daughter.
Vyacheslav Tsepovyaz, a member of the Tsapok’s gang, who became famous for eating crabs and kebab in a penal colony, filed a lawsuit against his wife and children in the Krasnodar Regional Court, demanding to transfer him the half of the shares in the authorized capital of Sozvezdiye LLC. The convict asks the court to declare the transactions for the transfer of rights to the company’s shares from his spouse to children Oksana and Dmitry invalid, Komsomolskaya Pravda reports, referring to lawyer Eduard Churguli.
Sozvezdiye owns a dry-cleaner and restaurant in the Kushchevskaya village. Tsepovyaz estimated his share at 4.2 million rubles ($ 61,000). The court accepted the claim, which is the eighth filed by the former gang member.
Earlier, the court declared invalid the marriage contract concluded between the Tsepovyazs. Now, they will have to divide their mutual property in half. In addition to land plots, the family owns an agricultural company Slava Kubani, the revenue of which for 2017 amounted to about 700 million rubles ($ 10,2 million).
Vyacheslav Tsepovyaz was sentenced to 20 years in prison. The court found him involved in the crimes committed by the gang lead by Sergey Tsapok, who died in jail. The criminal group terrorized the Cossack village of Kushchevskaya and killed 19 people, not even sparing children.
