Moscow Region Criminal Investigation defeated the ethnic group Circach’s henchmen

The major security operation was carried out on the eve by the CID officers of the Main Directorate of the Russian MIA in the Moscow Region and their colleagues in the MU of the MIA "Noginsk". Telman attracted several people from the North Caucasus at the ages from 29 to 45 in the gang. The operatives found that the members of the OCG were racketeering the local businessmen and were detained during the receiving of the amount extorted from one of them.

In respect of the gang members the criminal case under the Art. 163 of the Russian Criminal Code (extortion committed on a large scale) is initiated. They face a prison sentence of up to 15 years. All three defendants were taken into custody.
It is noteworthy that on the crime scene the police detained six natives of the Caucasus at the ages from 32 to 45, who were the members of the other organized crime group, for disobeying the police. They were brought to administrative liability under the Art. 19.3 of the Administrative Code and were arrested for 12 days.
