Moscow Region Criminal Investigation defeated the ethnic group Circach’s henchmen

The major security operation was carried out on the eve by the CID officers of the Main Directorate of the Russian MIA in the Moscow Region and their colleagues in the MU of the MIA "Noginsk". The press service of the Moscow Region Chief Directorate told Crime Russia that the group which was engaged in extortion of large sums of money from businessmen was organized by Circach’s protege nicknamed Telman. Telman attracted several people from the North Caucasus at the ages from 29 to 45 in the gang. The operatives found that the members of the OCG were racketeering the local businessmen and were detained during the receiving of the amount extorted from one of them.

Upon receipt of a million in the cafe located in the town of Elektrostal, all three racketeers were arrested by the Special Forces officers. During the personal search they seized the money given to the criminals by the victim.
The operatives found that Telman was a protege of the famous Slavic "thief in law" Oleg Pirogov, who, by the way, was arrested on June 22 this year, with cocaine and is now held in the detention center.
In respect of the gang members the criminal case under the Art. 163 of the Russian Criminal Code (extortion committed on a large scale) is initiated. They face a prison sentence of up to 15 years. All three defendants were taken into custody.
It is noteworthy that on the crime scene the police detained six natives of the Caucasus at the ages from 32 to 45, who were the members of the other organized crime group, for disobeying the police. They were brought to administrative liability under the Art. 19.3 of the Administrative Code and were arrested for 12 days.
