Primorsky people ask president to address outrageous behavior of Dagestanis
According to residents of the area, an FSB officer is protecting the gang.
Residents of the village of Kraskino, Khasansky District of the Primorsky region, made a video message to President Vladimir Putin and Acting Governor Oleg Kozhemyako. According to them, a criminal group of people from Dagestan is operating in the area: Murat Khuseynov, Nadyrbek Abdulzakharov, Ruslan Abdulzakharov and their accomplices make local farmers and businessmen pay them money. If they refuse to pay, the gang crushes the houses and cars of the locals. People turned to law enforcement but the police began to search the houses of the victims. After that, a local resident named Vyacheslav Zabib was taken out of the village, handcuffed, tortured, and beaten with wooden sticks until he lost consciousness. They beat him and kept saying it was their revenge.
According to the locals, Konstantin Kuznetsov, an FSB officer, is protecting the gang. He intimidates the population, while the Dagestanis feel free to do whatever they want. People asked to undertake a check on Kuznetsov and to invite the local officials of the Interior Ministry and the FSB to protect them from the ethnic criminal group.
The authorities have not responded to the appeal yet.
Oleg Zaytsev had wide connections within the criminal world and law enforcement agencies. This is being related to an organized crime group headed by Ruslan Kilievich that had allegedly been patronized by a former Federal Security Service Directorate officer Oleg Natalchenko. The crime group had also been a core driver for almost disbanding the criminal investigation department of the police.
