Former member of the Tyumen OCG, who has been detained in the Moscow region and was previously on the international wanted list for 15 years on charges of murdering a State Road Traffic Safety Inspectorate employee, lived under the name of his brother, 72.ru reports. 

The man hid in the village of Gorshkovo, Dmitrov district of the Moscow region. He was engaged in the manufacture of furniture. After the detention, his identity was established by fingerprints. 

The detainee became the penultimate member of the Tyumen crime group, who remained at large. The last bandit put on the federal wanted list. In total, there were 13 members in the gang. 

It is reported that in January 2003, the detainee, together with four accomplices, was planning a robbery of CIT guards who were carrying money from Roshchino airport. The bandits organized an ambush on the Tyumen-Irbit highway. Their cars attracted the attention of the Road Patrol Service. Fearing detention, the attackers opened fire on the inspectors. One of the policemen died. 

In total, the gang is responsible for seven murders and 26 robberies.
