The release in connection with the entry into force of the law on the recounting of days was a surprise for Mrs. Tsapok.

The former owner of Arteks-Agro LLC and the mother of leader of Kushchevskaya gang that killed 12 people Sergei Tsapok was released from the colony in Ust-Labinsk a few days ago.

Nadezhda Tsapok, convicted of fraud for 7 years, was subject to amendments to the legislation - one day in the SIZO is equal to one and a half days in the jail -  and was released earlier.

The release s was a surprise for Mrs. Tsapok, KP-Kuban writes. When she received documents from the court, which takes decisions on recounting the terms, she had to leave the colony on the same day. The publication writes that Nadezhda Tsapok packed in 15 minutes, however, quarreled with the staff of the correctional institution and her cellmates.

Since neither her relatives nor she knew about her release, no one met the mother of the Kushchevskaya gang leader near the colony. She called a taxi from the phone at the checkpoint and left, returning to the village of Kuschevskaya.

Nadezhda Tsapok has been in custody since 2011, when the court sentenced her for $228.700-fraud with budget subsidies, which, as the court acknowledged, were illegally obtained by her agricultural enterprise Arteks-Agro. Earlier, Tsapok's lawyers tried to obtain parole, but the appeal refused to grant the petition.

Son of Tsapok Sergey, who was jailed for a number of serious crimes, including the killing of 12 people in the farmer's house of Server Ametov, died in the SIZO in 2014.
