Kostya Bolshoy's gang member shows how Sergiev Posad Mayor was killed
Details of law enforcement agencies’ disclosure of the murder of Sergiev Posad Mayor Evgeny Dushko in 2011 became known. As part of the investigation of this resonant case, ten people suspected of being part of the criminal group, which may be involved in up to 20 murders, are in custody.
One of the members of the killers' gang of Konstantin Piskaryov, known under the nickname Kostya Bolshoy, told the investigators the details of how he did away with the Mayor of Sergiev Posad, Evgeny Dushko. The video of the investigative experiment was published by Alternativnaya Gazeta.
As the newspaper reports, the investigative experiment was conducted by the employees of the Investigative Committee (ICR) and the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) as early as May 18, 2017. The attention of the residents of Sergiev Posad was attracted by the partial blockade of the city center and the investigative measures in Sovetskaya Street, where six years ago Evgeny Dushko was murdered near his house.
According to REN TV, the person featured in the video is the organizer and direct executor of the murder of Mayor, Konstantin Piskaryov, who released seven bullets into Evgeny Dushko. At the same time, Alternativnaya Gazeta reports that one of the members of the gang was brought at the investigative experiment, not Kostya Bolshoy,
According to the investigation, Piskaryov created an organized criminal group in 1999 to eliminate business competitors and officials that interfered with his entrepreneurial activities. In 2011 the leader of the gang had a conflict with Mayor of the city Evgeny Dushko, after which Kostya Bolshoy decided to kill him.
According to deputy of the city council of Sergiev Posad Igor Bolshakov, the roots of the conflict lay in the allocation of land in the city center for the development to the company of Konstantin Piskaryov by the district administration. However, the Head of the city, Evgeny Dushko was strongly against the hotspot development of the city center, so the refusal in permission for development could bring serious losses to Piskaryov, says the deputy.
This information is also confirmed by Sergiev Posad's Alternativnaya Gazeta, which wrote about the investigative measures and the seizure of documents on the allocation of land and real estate transactions by the employees of the ICR in the Administration of Sergiev Posad district and the city department of Rosreestr in April 2017.
It is worth noting that the name of Piskaryov has also been mentioned earlier in connection with the investigation of the resonant murder. In 2011 Novaya Gazeta, referring to its source in the investigation team, wrote that Kostya Bolshoy was considered one of the main suspects in the murder of Evgeny Dushko. The motive for the crime, as the investigators believed then, could be the official's intention to "separate Piskaryov from the budgetary feeder". It is known that the businessman owns a lot of companies through his authorized representatives. Among his assets are restaurants, shopping centers, a management company, a construction company, yacht clubs and an entertainment complex. Moreover, Kostya Bolshoy was called a "chekist fixer", because he owned through third parties Shchit i Mech (Shield and Sword) restaurant in Bolshaya Lubyanka, where high-ranking FSB officers often held their corporate events.
After the murder of Dushko Piskaryov's real estate property in Sergiev Posad has even greatened – the businessman started building a shopping center in the city center and acquired a number of large land plots for building. However, apparently, his plans are not likely to come true.
At the moment Kostya Bolshoy and nine gang members – Sergey Alexandrov, Sergey Bezrukov, Alexander Zamyatin, Denis Zemtsov, Dmitry Lupichev, Dmitry Mishin, Igor Saryan, Andrey Stolyarov, Dmitry Yurov) – are in custody. Depeding on their role, they are charged with part 1 and 2 of Art. 209 of the Criminal Code (Banditry), Art. 105 of the Criminal Code (Murder), Art. 126 of the Criminal Code (Abduction), Art. 222 of the Criminal Code (Illegal Sale of Firearms).
The ICR employees continue the investigation aimed at identifying possible members of the criminal group that remain at large and establishing other episodes of the criminal activity of the gang – according to the investigation, the killers were complicit in at least 18 murders.
The father of the murdered mayor claims his son had many enemies – both among officials and among entrepreneurs. Among them Anatoly Dushko, in particular, specified the names of Viktor Kruglikovsky, the Head of Viktoria-5 company, and Artur Egiazaryan, the Head of Posad-Energo.
Therefore, it is possible that the criminal group of Kostya Bolshoy could have eliminated Evgeny Dushko not only for reasons of their leader connected with the business, and the customer of the crime is still at large.
Businessman Mikhailov demands from Insider to remove two articles covering his membership in Solntsevskaya gang
In 2016, Mikhailov took advantage of the right to be forgotten, demanding Yandex and Google delete the hits on requests "Sergey Mikhailov Mikhas," "Sergey Mikhailov Mikhas Solntsevo," "Sergey Mikhailov Solntsevo" and other similar wording.
Vladimir Putin ordered the Service to “ensure suspects, defendants, and convicts live in conditions compliant with the Russian law and international standards” during a formal event held in the Kremlin on May 31. The event was held to celebrate officers and prosecutors promoted to higher-ranking positions and military ranks. Could it be that the Russian President paid this much attention to the Service due to a growing number of articles about bribery, murder, and scandals associated with the Service?
