Kazan: 12 members of Sukonka OCG detained on suspicion of attempted murder

Security cameras recorded the young people attacking three citizens with sticks.

12 members of the organized crime group Sukonka were detained in Kazan by law enforcement officers on suspicion of attempted murder (paragraph 30 of part 2 of Article 105 CCRF). Near one of the fast-food restaurants down the Lomzhinskaya St., young people allegedly attacked three guys of 22, 26 and 27 years old, Interfax-Povolzhye reports.

The attack was recorded by the CCTV cameras. The suspects armed with stick-like items ran to the victims and beat them, and then disappeared in an unknown direction. As the investigation established, the attackers are from 17 to 26 years old, they live in Kazan, in the Vysokogorsky District of Tatarstan. All of them were detained.

The ICR’s Invesitgative Directorate for the republic initiated a criminal case and in the near future will ask the court to take the detainees into custody. The investigation continues.
