Head of Amur region’s Federal Service for Corrections held accountable due to Tsepovyaz
Inspection of executives of the correctional facility №3 is ongoing.
Head of directorate of the Federal Service for Corrections in Amur region has been held accountable following the inspection carried out after pictures of an active member of Tsapok organized crime group Viacheslav Tsepovyaz were posted on the web.
The CrimeRussia had earlier reported Tsepovyaz had been captured on photos showing him wearing his prison uniform and eating crab meat and barbecue in the colony.
With that, some of the employees of the correctional facility №3 where Tsepovyaz is serving his sentence have also been held accountable. Inspection of executives of the correctional facility №3 is ongoing.
The General Procurator’s Office had earlier reported the native of Kushchevka had spent 30-60 thousand rubles ($448-897) a month on delicacies.
Tsepovyaz states through his lawyers the photos were fabricated by his ex-wife who is seeking division of property within their divorce proceedings. Interestingly, Tsepovyaz was taken to the punitive confinement, after the photos were published on the web.
