Five participants of illegal armed group to appear in court in Chechnya
Shamil Dzhanaraliyev who committed suicide bombing at a checkpoint in Grozny on May 9, 2016 was leader of the group, according to the investigators.
Five inhabitants of Chechnya will be judged under case of participation in illegal armed group. It is supposed that the bandit group was created and headed by Shamil Dzhanaraliyev who committed suicide bombing at a checkpoint (KPP) in Grozny on May 9, 2016. As a result of the incident, six police officers were injured, the press service of the Investigative Committee of Russia across the republic reports.
As the department noted, defendants in the case are - Shamil Azdamirov, Rizvan Aliyev, Ahmed Isaev, Rizvan Soltaliyev and Rosambek Kariyev.
It is noted that the defendants, being afraid for their lives refused commission of attack on KPP-138 on May 9, which was planned by Dzhanaraliyev.
