Crab meat eater Tsepovyaz transferred from Amur colony to remand prison in Khabarovsk
The convict is being interrogated into violations in the 3rd correctional facility where he enjoyed delicacies and dwelled in the apiary’s facilities.
Member of Tsapok gang Viacheslav Tsepovyaz who found himself in the center of a scandal after his photos showing him eating delicacies in the colony has been transferred from Amur colony to remand prison in Khabarovsk, reports Komsomolskaya pravda with reference to its sources within law enforcement.
Tsepovyaz was transferred to the infirmary for interrogation into violations in the 3rd correctional facility where he enjoyed delicacies and dwelled in the apiary’s facilities. This became known after the media published photos showing him eating crab meat, barbecue and red caviar. After that, inspection was carried out in the colony. It was found out that his former spouse had spent at least 3 million rubles a year to support him in the colony. This was before their divorce in 2017.
Tsepovyaz’s lawyer Andrey Karpenko says that it was December 26 when his client got in touch to get to know how things were with his ex-wife’s appeals. Tsepovyaz’s another representative Elbrus Murtazov reported that it was in November, last year, when he talked to his client for the last time.
It became known in December, last year, that criminal case into loosening up of the colony’s regime was initiated. In January, it was reported that criminal case into exceeding official authority (item 1 of article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) was initiated against the colony’s employees.
Major of the Operative Unit No. 6 in the South-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow, Kirill Dvoretskov, is the nephew of General Boris Pishchulin, who used to head the police of the South-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow.
