Court exacted 4.2 million rubles instead of 6.4 billion from Tsapok's gang in favor of victims' relatives
The defence of those, who submitted a claim, has already declared that it will appeal against sentence and try to obtain increase in a compensation amount.
The Kushchevsky District Court partially satisfied claims of relatives of the victims of Tsapok's gang having collected from the last 4.2 million rubles. It is almost one and a half thousand times less, than claimants required.
As RBC specifies with reference to lawyer of Vyacheslav Tsepovyaz, Eduard Churguliy. According to the latter, out of nine claimants the court accepted claims only of four close relatives of the killed. Each of defendants shall pay to them 300 thousand rubles.
To recall, overall there were only two lawsuits submitted on an episode of one criminal case which is connected with shot out of the BMW car on June 28, 2010. The assault was committed by order of the leader of gang Sergey Tsapok (died in the insulator in July, 2014). As a result Yury Erganov and Valery Sarukhanyan died. Rostov entrepreneur Sergey Begidzhanov who was the aim of the criminals survived.

The first suit was submitted by Yury Erganov's relatives — Ferez and Maria Erganovy, Sofya Alaverdiyan and Anastasia Kaminskaya. Relatives of the killed demanded from Tsapok, Alekseev and Tsepovyaz on 200 million rubles from everyone. Total amount of requirements within this production constitutes 2,4 billion rubles.
The second lawsuit was submitted by Valery Sarukhanyan's relatives — Valery, Yury and Artush Sarukhanyan, and also Garry and Juliette Begidzhanovy. They require to exact according to the similar scheme from Tsepovyaz, Alekseev, Tsapok and Ryabtsev in total 4 billion rubles.
Earlier, the court made a decision to impose security arrest property of persons involved, including Glory to Kuban of the wife of Vyacheslav Tsepovyaz of Natalya. As Tsepovyaz’s lawyer Eduard Churguliya, on this episode there has already been considered lawsuits of close relatives. As a result the amounts from 500 thousand rubles to 900 thousand rubles were collected from defendants in the case.
On November 5, 2010, the Tsapkov’s gang, called so by last name of the leader Sergey Tsapok, committed in the village of Kuschevskaya massacre which victims were 12 people among whom there were 4 children. The set of violations in work of law enforcement agencies of Kushchevki was revealed during the investigation, and also a number of the serious crimes of last years committed by participants of Tsapok's gang were discovered. Defendants in the case were sentenced to various imprisonment terms, and Tsapok, convicted for life in 2013, died a year later in the Krasnodar pre-trial detention center of obstruction of a pulmonary artery as a result of a blood clot separation.
It should be noted that the first lawsuits from relatives of the victims of gang were taken to court in March, 2015 for the total amount of 1,4 billion of rubles. So, in September, 2015 three condemned members of gang 250 million rubles obliged to pay to seven residents of the village of Kuschevskaya, whose relatives were killed by members of an organized criminal group.
