The former deputy will be transferred to the Lefortovo pre-trial detention center in Moscow.
The case of ex-Dagestan head’s brother and former deputy of the National Assembly, Radzhab Abdulatipov, has been referred to the ICR Main Investigations Directorate. The investigation was previously conducted by a investigative department in Dagestan. However, the experts who checked the work of their Dagestani colleagues were not happy with its quality. In the near future, the arrested deputy will be transferred to the Lefortovo pre-trial detention center in Moscow. This is reported by Kommersant.
To recall, in September 2018, a district court of Dagestan arrested Radzhab Abdulatipov. He was charged with participation in an organized criminal community trading in forged certificates of disability.
According to the investigation, Abdulatipov promoted the appointment of Magomed Makhachev to the post of director of the Main Bureau of Medical and Social Expertise, receiving 70 million rubles ($1,069) as a bribe. In this position, Makhachev was engaged in the theft of funds from the Pension Fund, having organized an organized criminal community (OCC). He was detained in August 2018. By that time, the OCC had issued 300 forged documents to the residents of Dagestan, as a result of which, the Pension Fund lost 24 million rubles ($366,600).
In 2013, according to the investigation, Radzhab Abdulatipov joined them. The arrested deputy denies all charges. On November 7, 2018, Abdulatipov was charged with committing a crime under part 2 of Art. 210 of the Russian Criminal Code (Participation in a Criminal Community).
The kid reasoned that his 70-year-old grandmother would suffer because of what he was going to do to himself and therefore decided to kill her. He stabbed the woman 21 times and finished her off with a hammer.
