Bashkortostan: extortionists’ gang beats son of businessman to make him pay
The alleged criminals were detained when transferring money.
In Bashkortostan, the extortionists, who had beaten the son of a farm owner in the Yermekeevsky district, have been detained by officers of the criminal search. The group of criminals first tried to intimidate the 47-year-old victim by extorting money, and then attacked his 23-year-old son by beating him. After that, the father and son went to the police.
The alleged criminals were detained when transferring money. All of them are residents of the village of Priyutovo in Bashkortostan with criminal backgrounds. The police are determining the role of each of them in the OCG. A stun gun, brass knuckles, and a pistol have been seized from the detainees. The gang leader has been placed in custody.
