Wife of a Russian businessman Andrey Melnichenko who’s on Forbes list has become an owner of an apartment in a house #110 on New York’s most expensive street - Central Park South, reports The New York Times.
The deal was concluded in October: the spouse of Melnichenko bought it for $12.8 million.
There are 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in the apartment. Interestingly, the woman already has a penthouse in the same building she bought in 2012 for $12.2 million.
Andrey Melnichenko is a holder of a stock of shares at a nitrogen and phosphate fertilizer company EuroChem and a coal producer Siberian Coal Energy Company (SUEK). He is ranked #8 in a list of “Russia’s 200 richest businessmen,” according to Forbes.
