Oil prices soared after drone attacks on Saudi refineries.

SIBUR shareholders Leonid Mikhelson and Gennady Timchenko, as well as LUKOIL president Vagit Alekperov, were included in the Forbes Real-Time TOP-5 in terms of wealth growth after drones attacked refineries of the Saudi Aramco. After the incident, oil production in Saudi Arabia reduced by 50%, Energy Minister Abdel Aziz bin Salman said.

Harold Hamm, the founder of Continental Resources oil and gas company, whose wealth increased by $ 533 million, became the first in the rating.

The attacks on Aramco’s refinery in the cities of Abkaik and Khurais were carried out on September 14. Hussite Yemeni rebels claimed responsibility for the attack. The United States said it was Iran who was behind the attacks.
