The dress alone of Irina Chigirinskaya cost 14 million rubles ($219.7 thousand).

Billionaire Alexander Chigirinsky arranged a wedding for his daughter Irina, 17, worth upwards of 50 million rubles ($785.2 thousand), reports The celebration was held at golf club Agalarov Estate, Moscow region, with 1500 guests invited; at least 30 million rubles ($471.9 thousand) were spent on refreshments alone. The bride's stone-encrusted dress was worth 14 million rubles ($219.7 thousand). 

The girl married the son of the former Deputy Governor of the Arkhangelsk region, Alexander Mirelli, Moris Mirelli. Maxim Galkin and Nikolay Baskov became the hosts of the wedding, Ani Lorak, Valery Meladze, Grigory Leps, Oleg Gazmanov, Sergey Shnurov and other artists partook in the concert.



The wedding was attended by Sergey Kapkov, daughter of Boris Yeltsin Tatyana Yumasheva, the Yudashkins, and other famous people. Life informs that the press attaché to Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, Natalya Timakova, also participated in the celebration, she danced lezghinka.


Alexander Chigirinsky controls Snegiri Development company, which owns Evolution Tower in Moscow City complex. In 2017, Chigirinsky’s company City Palace appealed to the Moscow Arbitration Court with a claim to recover $1 billion from company Snapbox Holdings Ltd., the beneficiaries of which are owner of the Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Combine Viktor Rashnikov and his partner Nader Nader, because of a dispute over the cost of the tower.
