Russian Billionaire Doronin puts up for sale house with attached night-club he gave to Naomi Campbell

Tycoon Vladislav Doronin has put up for sale a house he gave to Naomi Campbell. The tycoon is selling the mansion for 6.4 billion rubles ($100.2 million).
According to Mash, Barvikha-based Capital Hill Residence was projected by an Iraq-British architect and designer Zaha Hadid. Around 9 billion rubles ($141 million) were spent of the construction of the mansion.
Earlier, Doronin told that Hadid had drawn up the first designs of the mansion on a napkin. This is the only private house projected by the famous architect.
The mansion’s area is 110 square meters. There’s a bedroom at an altitude of 35 meters, a swimming pool with a length of 25 meters, a wellness center, a gym, and a night-club in the house.
