Roman Abramovich invests $3m in new company
The director of the company was Irina Panchenko - a top manager from the Abramovich team, who was the deputy of the billionaire during his work as the Governor of Chukotka.
Roman Abramovich became the sole founder of the new Grano LLC, it follows from the data of the register of legal entities of the Russian Federation and the SPARK database. The company was incorporated on January 23, Abramovich is the owner of a 100% stake. The authorized capital of the company amounted to 200 million rubles ($3m). The main activity of the company is “investments in securities,” it can also engage in transactions with real estate, brokering, consulting services and so on.

The company is registered on Lesnaya Street in Moscow, in the prestigious White Gardens business center near the Belorusskaya metro station.
Major of the Operative Unit No. 6 in the South-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow, Kirill Dvoretskov, is the nephew of General Boris Pishchulin, who used to head the police of the South-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow.
