The first billionaire of the Russian Federation was Novatek co-owner Leonid Mikhelson, who increased his income over the past seven months by $ 5.71 billion to $ 25.1 billion.
The second one on the Russian list is the co-owner of Norilsk Nickel, Vladimir Potanin, with an increase of $ 3.29 billion and a total of $ 22.9 billion.
The third Russian is the main beneficiary of NLMK (Novo-Lipetsk Metallurgical Plant), Vladimir Lisin, with a fortune of $ 21.1 billion and a gain of $ 3.27 billion.
