Largest supplier of Russian Railways builds mansion on forest fund lands in Rublyovka
For this purpose, Andrey Bokarev has rented a plot of 2.4 hectares.
Co-owner of Transmashholding, Andrey Bokarev, has built a mansion with an area of 800 square meters in the village of Gorki-2 on the Rublevo-Uspenskoe highway. This is reported by Dozhd TV channel.
It is noteworthy that more than one hectare of 2.4 hectares belongs to the forest fund, on the grounds of which the capital construction is prohibited, the channel notes referring to the Federal Agency for State Registration, Cadastre, and Cartography (Rosreestr).
It is also noted that there are a large outdoor pool and a decorative pond on the territory of Bokarev’s estate. The businessman has rented the land. Dmitry Medvedev’s residence Gorki-9 is located two kilometers away from the village of Gorki-2, and that of Putin, Novo-Ogarevo, is three kilometers away.
We shall add that according to the Forest Code, only the construction of temporary structures is allowed when renting forest land. Thus, Bokarev’s mansion is subject to demolition.
Dozhd TV channel has sent inquiries to representatives of Andrey Bokarev and the Forestry Committee of the Moscow Region, however, there has been no reply so far.
Last week, the entire world has celebrated the 30th anniversary of the Internet. In the meantime, the Russian legislators have adopted new laws restricting the development of the Russian-speaking segment of the world wide web. The 'fake news' and 'internet insults' laws adopted under the pretext of protecting the society from manipulations and threat, including external ones, violate the Constitution and some federal laws in relation to the right to search for, obtain, and use information. Furthermore, the bill on ‘sovereign Internet’ passed in the first reading by the State Duma leads us directly to self-isolation.
