Billionaire Lisin put huge apartment in luxurious house near Moscow River for sale
A five-room apartment in this house worth 900 million rubles ($ 21.3 billion).
Billionaire Vladimir Lisin put a whole staircase for sale - his five-room apartment, Baza Telegram-channel reports, citing data from the Federal Registration Service.
According to the announcement, posted by Sotheby's International Realty, the area of the apartment is 873 square meters. It occupies 4-8 floors of the right wing of the high-rise and has a private entrance.
It is noted that the apartment is very bright due to 10-11 windows on each floor. From the apartment, one can enjoy the views on Kremlin, Moscow River and the Zaryadye Park. The price for the apartment is $14 million on Sotheby's.
Recall that the 62-year-old billionaire got the second place of the rating of the richest people in Russia by Forbes: his fortune was valued at $ 21.3 billion.
Lisin used to be called the richest Russian (in 2018, 2011 and 2010). His main asset is the Novolipetsk Metallurgical Combine. Also, Lisin is the owner of Universal Cargo Logistics Holding.
According to the documents, Lisin’s real estate is indicated as non-residential premises, but was put for sale as an apartment. Previously, it was 10 separate apartments. Later, the apartments were united, and Lisin became the owner of a giant apartment in 2009. He bought it from his own Novolipetsk Metallurgical Combine, recieved from SpetsAudit.
RBC Real Estate notes that the average price of a square meter in this high-rise is 520 thousand rubles. In this case, Lisin's apartment should cost about 500 million rubles, not 900 million, as it is indicated at Sotheby's.
