Activities of the «Crime Russia» project are regulated by art. 27 of the Basic Law of Hong Kong and International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights according to art. 39 of the Basic Law of Hong Kong. Media freedom in Hong Kong is guaranteed by a bill of rights.
According to art. 19, para. 2 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights everyone shall have the right to freedom of expression; this right shall include freedom to seek, receive and impart information and ideas of all kinds, regardless of frontiers, either orally, in writing or in print, in the form of art, or through any other media of his choice.
According to art. 10, para.1 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, everyone has the right to freedom of expression. This right shall include freedom to hold opinions and to receive and impart information and ideas without interference by public authority and regardless of frontiers.

Any user can use the site’s materials without getting a written permission from the site and on a free-of-charge basis.
