Head of Ukraine’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs Vadym Prystaiko has announced a major exchange with prisoners of war with Russia that is going to happen next week. He said that at the talk show Pravo na vladu.

“On a short-term horizon - next week, I hope - we’re going to carry out even more major exchange,” Interfax quotes Prystaiko as saying.

With that, the Minister did not provide any details.

Earlier, on September 7, Russia and Ukraine carried out an exchange with prisoners of war in the format of 35/35. Among others, film director Oleg Sentsov, correspondent Roman Sushchenko and 24 sailors who had been detained following an incident off the coast of Crimea last year returned to Ukraine. There is a correspondent Kirill Vyshinsky and a witness in a case into a crash of MH17 flight Vladimir Tsemakh among those who came back to Russia.
