Two Romanians and another man kidnap and rape Russian woman in Barcelona
Catalan police have also arrested a Spanish national who might have been involved in the crime.
On July 16, employees of Mossos d'Esquadra (police of Catalonia) found a disoriented young woman in the wasteland of Barcelona, who asked them for help.
The victim turned out to be a Russian citizen. After she was taken to the police, doctors said that the Russian girl might have been raped. The victim explained that she did not remember exactly how she ended up in the place where the police found her. She remembered having falling asleep on a bench and waking up in the wasteland, where she was held, and then raped.
On July 19, the police detained two men, citizens of Romania, on suspicion of rape and unlawful detention of the young girl.
It is also known that the police have also arrested a Spanish national who might have been involved in the crime.
At the moment, they are looking for the third rapist.
