German police detained a suspect in the case of Russian women missing in Munich. RIA Novosti reports with reference to Bild.
According to the newspaper, the police detained and arrested the husband of missing Maria - Roman Kh. from St. Petersburg. It is reported that the couple got married in the Russian consulate.
Missing women are mother and daughter. Maria is 41 years old, and Tatyana is 16. They lived in Munich with her husband. The father of her daughter remained in Moscow. The Russian Embassy in Germany reported on the disappearance of the Russians on July 18. On July 13, Maria and Tatiana went to a large shopping center in the Neuperlach district of Munich, after which they disappeared.
