Russian Georgy Kleban - who has been a deputy military attache of the Russian Embassy in Serbia for Defence since 2016 - has been spotted in the video.
Serbia’s Security Intelligence Agency has commented upon a November 17th video that shows a GRU Colonel giving money to an ‘agent’ - a high-ranking Serbian official, reports RTS TV-channel.
Acording to the Security Information Agency, Russian Georgy Kleban - who has been a deputy military attache of the Russian Embassy in Serbia for Defence since 2016 - has been spotted in the video.
It’s likely that another participant of the meeting was a private entrepreneur who has nothing in common with Serbia’s Military Security Agency, reports Vecherniye novosti newspaper.
The newspaper also found out that the video of one year ago could have been taken by Romania’s special services under the aegis of the U.S. for the purpose of hitting relations between Serbia and Russia.
Head of the analytical department Rel Zhelsky reported that the Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic will tell the details of the incident after the meeting of the Safety Council. On the same day, Vucic will meet Russian ambassador Alexander Bocan Harchenko.
