Japan: number of deaths in fire in anime-studio reaches 23 persons

Number of deaths in a fire in a Japanese anime-studio Kyoto Animation (KyoAni) located in Japan’s Kyoto has climbed and reached 23 persons, reports NHK. 35 injured were taken to a hospital.
Earlier, unknown person was reported to have started the fire in the studio’s building in the morning, on July 18. The alleged firestarter is a 41-year-old man who also got injuries in the fire. There’s no data on his identity and motives, so far.
The fire started at around 10:30 am local time. The eyewitnesses reported a series of explosions had taken place.
There are series and full-length motion pictures - including Haruhi Suzumiya, Clannad, Kanon, Violet Evergarden, and K-On! - Among the works of Kyoto Animation studio.
