ICR initiates investigation into murder of 14-y.o. Russian girl in Spain
Her 16-year-old brother is suspected of committing the crime. He admitted it in a conversation with his friend from Moscow.
The ICR Main Investigations Directorate in Moscow has accepted for hearing the case of murder of a 14-year-old native of Russia in Spain, Moskovsky Komsomolets reports. The girl was found dead in an apartment in the Spanish city of Mataro, where she lived with her mother and 16-year-old brother, on June 16.
The girl's brother is a suspect in the case. He disappeared immediately after the murder. A week later, an 18-year-old resident of Moscow contacted the police. According to him, his friend from Spain told him that he had killed his sister and fled the country.
The day before the murder, the girl's mother went away on business for a few days. A friend of the family, whom the woman had asked to watch the children, discovered the body. The girl had traces of stab wounds on her neck. The police recorded signs of a fight in the apartment.
