From 2010 to 2017, Constant sold “environmentally friendly” products that were produced using standard practices, including the use of pesticides.
On August 16, the Iowa court sentenced him to 10 years in prison. At the same time, the court allowed Constant to appear in jail with a delay of several weeks, since the accused was not considered as a dangerous or prone to escape criminal.
