Winner of tender for stray dogs capturing detained after tragedy
The criminal case was initiated against businessman Yusufdzhon Sharipov.
A criminal case was initiated against a Moscow region entrepreneur, who won a tender for stray dogs capturing in Istra district. This is reported by the Telegram channel of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.
The businessman is suspected of providing services that do not meet security requirements. The businessman was detained and interrogated.
The case is based on the tragedy in the village of Kursakovo, where stray dogs bit 19-year-old Oleg Shushunov to death. As the investigators found out, despite the fact that the entrepreneur concluded a contract with the local administration, no capturing work was done; the residents sent 34 complaints to the officials over a band of stray dogs. Now the investigators are checking whether the administration applied for capturing.
As 112 Telegram channel specifies, the suspect's name is Yusufdzhon Sharipov.
Yet another scandal involving Boris Dubrovsky is looming in the Chelyabinsk region. The Governor is determined to resettle Uraim and Severny Klyuch villages against the will of their residents. Kolyma Governor Sergei Nosov suggested Dubrovsky to drive the people into bright future with iron hands. In fact, the future is bright mostly for Nosov and Dubrovsky – not for the resettled villagers.
