Wife of general dismissed because of Golunov’s case turns out to own apartment worth $545k
Puchkov’s spouse owns all family real estate, the value of which does not correspond to the ex-policeman’s income.
Valentina Puchkova, the spouse of the former head of the Internal Affairs Directorate of Moscow WAD, Andrey Puchkov, has an apartment on Taras Shevchenko Embankment worth about 35 million rubles ($ 545,000), a two-storey house with an area of 557 sq. m. and a land land plot worth 32 million rubles ($ 500,000), as well as three more land plots, cottage and a second apartment, Sobesednik writes.
According to the dismissed general’s income declaration, his spouse receives 57,000 rubles ($900) a month, and the ex-policeman declared income at 2.8 million rubles ($ 44,000) for the last year. As the Telegram-channel Drugoy Roldugin notes, the total value of the security official’s family property exceeds 100 million rubles ($ 1,55 million).
Earlier, journalists found out that the alleged customers of the criminal case against journalist Ivan Golunov, the head of the FSB Directorate for Moscow and the Moscow Region, Colonel General Alexey Dorofeyev and his assistant, Lieutenant Colonel Marat Medovev, own property worth about 100 million rubles. In addition, they were neighbors. In the same village there is an apartment of about 100 sq. m. owned by the “Russian Federation,” as well as an apartment on Kazakova Street, where the Medoevs live. The journalists called the sister of the FSB Lieutenant Colonel, Edda Medoeva, the real owner of the property.
