“Who wants to give me a blow job?” Video of conflict in which police major sent teen into coma now available
Denis Terekhov

According to a witness, a police officer accused a guy of giving away drug dens.

Police Major Denis Terekhov, who hit a teenager, was in a deranged state. Everything happened in the Bryansk village of Lokot last week. According to eyewitnesses, Terekhov, interim Head of the local department, tried to provoke a conflict while resting in a summer cafe. The video that has appeared on the Internet begins with a defiant phrase of the policeman: “Who wants to give me a blow job?”

He chose several teenagers sitting at a table as victims. To one of them, Ivan Vakhrushin, a 17-year-old student of the Brasov Industrial and Economic College, he suggested walking away to “talk,” after which he hit him the way he fell hitting a step. Soon, the guy lost consciousness and was taken to hospital in serious condition, there he fell into a coma. He had a craniotomy.

The policeman did not stop on this, he swore and rushed about and even tried to pounce on the parents of the beaten teenager, who urgently arrived at the scene. Terekhov’s colleagues had trouble pacifying him and taking him away.

At the same time, as another witness to the incident told Bryansk News, the major accused the guy of allegedly giving away drug dens. Of note, the relatives and the wife of the policeman who came after the incident to Vakhrushin’s parents offered them money and insisted that Ivan was to blame for everything.

The regional Directorate of the Investigative Committee initiated a criminal case on Intentional Infliction of a Grave Injury (part 1 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Terekhov was arrested for two months.
