REN TV learned that Yury Petrov, the VOKhR officer, who had fled with a Kalashnikov and 60 cartridges from a strategic facility in the Vladimir region, committed suicide in the Moscow region during his arrest.
Earlier it was reported that the security guard born in 1957 left his post without permission on December 4 at about 5:30 pm in a VAZ-2108.
According to some information, he stole 800.000 rubles and a gun in the Ramenskoye district.
