Vladislav Roslyakov body to be psychiatrically examined
The father of the Kerch shooter said that his son had been raised to be a good man and had never shown any aggression before. Meanwhile, the neighbors described the boy as a cruel kid.
A post-mortem psychological and psychiatric examination will be carried out to establish the psychiatric condition of the Kerch college student, Vladislav Roslyakov, who had detonated a bomb and started shooting at fellow students. TASS reported the news citing a source close to the investigation.
Yesterday, the shooter’s father (Vladislav had not been living with him for a long time) was taken for questioning to the investigating bodies. According to the man, it was hard to talk to his son when it came to his school performance. He would not talk about the college and had no friends there.
The father said he had known that his son had a thing for guns. According to some reports, the man claimed that his son had been raised to be a good man and had never shown any aggression before.
Meanwhile, neighbors remember Vladislav as a boy who had always been cruel to animals.
The motives are still unknown. At present, investigators are inclined to believe that Roslyakov acted alone, that is, he was both the mastermind and perpetrator of the crime.
The Investigative Committee is working on the case under part 2 of Art. 105 (murder of two or more persons committed by a generally dangerous method). According to the ICR, the attacker was a 4-year college student, Vladislav Roslyakov, aged 18. He had come to the college just before the incident and was carrying a gun. His body with a gunshot wound was later found in the college library.
