Video released - featuring Russian Special Police Force apprehending the son of a Vice-President of Lukoil
Russian Special Police Force officers had to join the case after negotiations with the Shamsuarovs came to deadlock.
Life.ru has posted a video featuring Special Police Force officers apprehending Ruslan Shamsuarov, the son of a Vice-President of Lukoil (Russia's second largest oil company), on a charge of his involvement in a high-speed police chase around the streets of Moscow.
It is stated that the video featuring Shamsuarov’s detention was provided by a citizen journalist. According to Life.ru, the Special Police Force representatives had to join the case after negotiations with the Shamsuarovs came to deadlock.
As previously reported, before the Russian Special Police Force arrival, the young man was concealed in one of the high-end hospitals and refused to make his appearance in front of the police.
Shamsuarov was subsequently put in jail for 15 days for the disobedience to law-enforcement officers.
A while later, a criminal charge was launched against him (Criminal Rule 213 - Disorderly Conduct). Along with his friends, he is facing imprisonment for up to 5 years.
Lawyers of Oleg Korshunov, who is charged with a large fraud in organizing the production of footwear for prisoners, do not see corpus delicti in his case. The prisoners did get their shoes, and the difference in the cost of footwear made from leather and split leather is about 10%.
