The woman refused to undergo medical examination; no injuries were reported.
In Kamensk-Uralsky, on Kirov Street, a 31-year-old drunk mother without a driver’s license carried children of three and five years old in a car and crashed into a sidewalk fence. The children were not wearing seatbelts, and there were no child seats in the car. The woman refused to undergo the medical examination, E1.ru reports.
“I will not sign anything. Draw up some other violation, I am already deprived [of the driver’s license],” the violator told the traffic police officer.
In March, she has already been pulled over in a drunken state. She is facing a criminal article for repeated violation (Article 264.1 CCRF), and for poor performance of her parental duties a juvenile affairs inspector drew up a report under clause 5.35 of the Code on Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
The Prosecutor General's Office had earlier accused the Moscow region’s ex-official of exceeding official authority, taking a bribe on an especially large scale, and forgery, and demanded to seize assets worth of 9 billion rubles ($135 million) from him.
