Unidentified persons broke into MIA Chief's house in Samara: Policeman's wife dead
In the Samara region, four burglars have broken into the house of the Chief of Otradny MIA Office and beaten the policeman's wife to death.
Last night, from December 10 to 11, four masked men broke into the private house of the Chief of the MIA Office in Otradny, Samara region, and perpetrated a brutal massacre of the police officer and his wife.
According to the regional ICR, on the night of December 11, the couple returned to their house in Smyshlyaevka village of the Volga district, Samara region, and stumbled upon four masked men. The intruders attacked the house owners and began beating them. The woman died from beatings at the scene; the police officer managed to survive. By morning, the man regained consciousness and called an ambulance.
There are currently forensic experts working at the scene. First Deputy Chief of the ICR Investigations Directorate for the Samara region Colonel of Justice Aleksandr Oskin also arrived. Law enforcement officers are establishing the circumstances of the incident and identify the persons involved in the crime.
Lawyers of Oleg Korshunov, who is charged with a large fraud in organizing the production of footwear for prisoners, do not see corpus delicti in his case. The prisoners did get their shoes, and the difference in the cost of footwear made from leather and split leather is about 10%.
UK investigators believe they have identified the suspected perpetrators behind the Novichok nerve agent attack on the Skripals through CCTV and have cross-checked the footage with records of people who entered the country around that time.
