Sergey Gulkin, a deputy of the Ulyanovsk City Duma, caused a car accident, as a result of which he was hospitalized in serious condition, reports RIA Novosti referring to the press service of the regional branch of the United Russia party.
The accident occurred on the night of December 26. According to the preliminary version, the 33-year-old deputy, while driving a Mercedes, lost control, drove into the oncoming lane and smashed into a special-order bus, which led to the driver and two passengers being injured. They were hospitalized with injuries of varying severity. The police noted that Gulkin gave a blood sample.
The press service of United Russia asked journalists and commentators of Internet resources "to refrain from premature accusations and wait for the official conclusion of law enforcement agencies."
When the plane took off, the men insulted the crew members, annoy the flight attendants and shout obscenities. One of the men began to hit the walls shouting that he had to get out. Another tried to take in a woman's knees.
