Tula resident who attacked police officer with knife will be prosecuted
The criminal case has been initiated against Tula resident, who had wounded a police officer with a knife.
ICR investigative authorities in the Tula region have instituted a criminal case against 53-year-old local of Kosaya Gora village, Tula region. He is charged with Encroachment on the life of an officer of a law-enforcement agency (Art. 317 of the Russian Criminal Code).
It was determined that on the last Saturday on October 1, a drunken man came to the building of the Kosogorskoe police station of the Tula MIA Department and demanded that some of the police officers meet him for a talk.
Duty policeman went outside to clarify the situation.
As a result, the man suddenly attacked the guardian of order with a knife, wounding him in the stomach, and then fled.
Operatives managed to arrest the escaped convict. Law enforcement bodies are currently conducting investigative activities, establishing all the circumstances, and determining the motives of the man who attacked the policeman.
The criminal investigation continues.
According to Margarita Vennberg, Ivan Rubin borrowed 40 thousand euros from businessman Vladimir Tyurenkov about a year ago. When Rubin delayed payments, Tyurenkov raised interest, and the amount of the debt increased to 70 thousand euros.
