Top manager of Rosneft Chinese branch dismissed for initiating ruckus during Beijing-Moscow flight

Traveling from Beijing to Moscow, Airbus А330, belonging to Aeroflot, made an emergency landing in Krasnoyarsk through the fault of a drunken business class passenger who kicked up a quarrel on board yesterday.
During the flight, the ruffian expressed blatant disrespect towards others, used foul language, and ignored the remarks of Aeroflot employees. The crew decided to land in Krasnoyarsk, where he was escorted off the aircraft, which departed for Moscow in half an hour.

The 37-year-old Moscow resident removed from the aircraft was delivered to the duty room of traffic police. According to the results examination, 1.11 per mille of alcohol was found in his blood. Later the Yemelyanovsky District Court of Krasnoyarsk sentenced the offender to an administrative fine of one thousand rubles in accordance with part 1 of Art. 20.1 of the Russian Administrative Code.
Today, the press service of Rosneft PJSC reported that the person responsible for the ruckus on board of the aircraft, an employee of the state company's subsidiary RN-Smazochnye materialy has been fired, and a disciplinary penalty has been imposed on his supervisors.
Viktor Zakharchenko, who is accused of embezzlement of 4 million rubles (~70.000 USD) from the funds of the bank Moskovskoye Ipotechnoye Agentstvo (Moscow Mortgage Agency), was placed under house arrest.
