Three people, including Lieutenant Colonel of police, were shot in Mordovia
Law enforcement officials announced an intercept operation of a suspect in the triple murder.
The Investigations Directorate of the Investigative Committee for the Republic of Mordovia reported that bodies of tree people allegedly with gunshot wounds were found today, on August 10, near Maltsevo village, the Torbeevsky District, Mordovia. Local residents: 46-year-old man, 49-year-old milkmaid and 44-year-old Lieutenant Colonel, police commissioner of the Moscow department Zamoskvorechye are among the dead. According to regional media, the Lieutenant Colonel came to Mordovia on vacation.
Bodies of the dead were found next to Renault Fluence car near Maltsevo village.
According to RIA Info-RM, the suspect in the triple murder is 44-year-old resident of Salazgor village. The media also reported that the attacker could shoot police officer’s gun. The first victims of the alleged attacker were two men, and then he shot a woman who was returning home after work.
At the moment, an intercept operation is underway in the Torbeevsky District.
A criminal case under Art. 105 of the Criminal Code (Murder) was initiated.
