An investigator from Chelyabinsk Vyacheslav Rop commented on the local 31-th channel the story of a girl, who was raped in her apartment by a man that she met in the stairwell. Recounting the circumstances of the incident, the investigator barely kept laughter.
She found the 33-year-old man sleeping in the stairwell. He explained that he had taken refuge after a serious fight, and the door with a combination lock was opened thanks to his hacker abilities. She invited the stranger to tidy himself up in her apartment. There a man beat her, raped her and bite.
After the incident, the perpetrator drank alcohol, which he was found in the apartment and sat down to watch a cartoon, and then fell asleep. Striking the moment, the victim locked him in the apartment and called the police. A man was charged with rape.
The prosecutors want the former Russian Federation Council member to go to prison for 14 years instead of 9 and pay a 500-million-ruble ($8.8 million) fine instead of 70 million rubles ($1.2 million).
