Tatarstan: young jealous man poured flammable liquid on pregnant girl and set her on fire

In the Republic of Tatarstan, in the village of Sheremetyevka, Nizhnekamsk District, a young man set fire to his pregnant girlfriend.
On March 19, 26-year-old Timur Semyakov went to the city for a celebration with friends, the Bad News public page writes, at that time his girlfriend stayed home due to her pregnancy. At the height of the fun, drunken Timur called the mother of his unborn child. During a telephone conversation, the man heard that there was someone with his lover, and this caused a tide of jealousy in him. Timur jumped into a taxi and bought a bottle of flammable liquid on the way.
As soon as the jealous man crossed the threshold of the house, he poured the contents of the bottle under the girl’s feet and threw a burning cigarette. There was an ignition, the victim in the fire rushed to the neighbors' land plot. There they helped her, called doctors and policemen.
After hospitalization, she was diagnosed with moderate to severe burns of 35% of the skin. The child was saved, the mother was in intensive care. And Timur, meanwhile, is on the run.
