Tatarstan: UR party member shots neighbor for clouds of dust produced by his car
The politician blocked the roadway near his house so that cars would not drive outside his windows.
In Tatarstan, Head of the United Russia political council of Malye Kabany, Dinar Khadiullin, became a defendant in the criminal case following a conflict with his neighbor, which resulted in shooting. Accordingto the United Russia regional office, the politician is charged with Intentional Infliction of Light Injury with the use of weapons (part 2 of Art. 115 of the Russian Criminal Code).
The party representatives have stressed that Khadiullin's membership in the party has been suspended in accordance with the charter of the organization.
“The decision will be valid until the charges are lifted from Khadiullin. If the court finds him guilty, party membership will be revoked,” the message says.
According to the investigation, In October this year, local residents of Malye Kabany gathered for a meeting with Dinar Khadiullin. They were outraged by the fact that United Russia had blocked part of the roadway near his house, so that the cars “did not raise clouds of dust” outside his windows.
During the discussion, shots were heard. It is reported that it was Khadiullin and his friend who fired the shots. One bullet hit a neighbor of the United Russia party member, who was then taken to the hospital.
