Swimmers of Federal National Guard Troops Service found fighting arsenal in Moscow River
The discovery was made near Krylatskiy Bridge. The fighters came across the weapon during training.
Swimmers of the Special Purpose Center Vityaz of the Federal National Guard Troops Service (FNGTS) found a whole arsenal of weapon at the bottom of the Moscow River near Krylatskiy Bridge during training, the press service of the department reports.
The group was carrying out a task of inspection of the bottom and constructions of transport infrastructure. At the disposal of the fighters, there was an amphibian boat Sealegs.
The weapon was revealed during an inspection of the Krylatskiy bridge pillars. Thus, three guns, according to the preliminary information, TT, Walter and Reck Government, and also a magazine of Kalashnikov, packet with cartridges of different caliber, cell phone, and a car license number were lifted from the river’s bottom, representatives of the department said.
Police officers were called at the place for carrying out a survey of the arsenal. Experts came to a conclusion that the guns were fighting. Now investigators and criminalists should set whether the found weapon was used for conducting crimes.
