Investigators interrogate Alikhan Oskanov born in 1966.
The FSB special forces in Moscow detained Alikhan Oskanov, a suspect in the murder of the head of the MIA’s “E” Center for Ingushetia, Ibragim Eldzharkiev and his brother Akhmed, Telegram channel 112 reported.
The report says that Oskanov was born in 1966. He was taken to the ICR department for interrogation.
The Eldzharkiev brothers were killed on November 2. They were shot at least 10 times from the Stechkin automatic pistol. The motive could be a blood feud associated with the case of the murder of Ibragim Belkhoroev on December 31, 2018, the investigation believes.
