The driver of BMW drove around the other car but lost control and crashed into a pillar. As a result, three passengers died.

The circumstances of the accident are confirmed by a security camera video posted on social networks. However, according to the police, the 20-year-old Lexus driver is responsible for the accident.

According to the investigation, he created a hindrance to the BMW, “O, Surgut!” reports. The BMW driver who was driving the car while intoxicated faces a fine of 200 to 300 thousand rubles or imprisonment for up to two years. The second driver faces a much more severe punishment; namely, imprisonment for up to seven years. At the same time, the driving license of the BMW driver had been already revoked for drunk driving.

“The case file does not contain the video from surveillance cameras that show what was actually happening. The relevant examinations are not carried out, or the time of their holding is delayed.

Many write and say that if he would have left the scene of the accident, such a situation would not have arisen. Yes, perhaps it is true, but how one would have felt about themselves and lived with it? That’s what many drivers and passersby did. I won’t justify my son until all examinations on the accident are carried out. I just want to understand how our law enforcement agencies work. Why is this process delayed? What are the reasons for this? Who will benefit from this?” the mother of the Lexus driver said.
